  1. What Fresher will gain through this training program?

    ZA Tech Fresher 2026 provides a 3-month intensive training program organized by Zalo, designed for tech-background students who are in their final year or have recently graduated with less than one year of working experience.


    The training process has 2 phases:
    - Orientation (1 week): Freshers will be facilitated of training sessions about Soft Skills and Technical Base Knowledge
    - Project Mentoring (11 weeks): Freshers will be assigned to the team and work under the supervision of outstanding mentors. Therefore, fresher will learn and develop specific technical skills through hands-on experience.

  2. Can I apply for more than one track?

    No, you can only choose one track from the following options:
    - Data & AI
    - Client Engineering (Mobile, Frontend)
    - Core Engineering (Backend, QC)

  3. Are Freshers able to choose the training track?

    It depends on the preferences in the application and the skills/experiences showing in the interview round.

  1. After the training, is there a possibility of obtaining a full-time position?

    Yes, it's possible! After the 3-month training period, if you perform well and Zalo has hiring needs, you'll be considered for a full-time position.

  2. Can 2nd or 3rd year students apply?

    Our program is currently designed specifically for fresh graduates and final-year students.

  3. Where is the Zalo office located?

    In HCM City, Zalo has 2 working offices:
    1. VNG Campus, Road No. 13, Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, District 7
    2. Sala Office, 72 Nguyen Co Thach, Distric 2

  4. Are candidates located outside of Ho Chi Minh City eligible to apply?

    Yes, Tech Fresher 2026 is open to candidates from all locations. However, please note that both the hiring process and training program will be based in Ho Chi Minh City.

  5. What does the entrance test cover?

    The entrance test evaluates candidates' foundational knowledge, including algorithms, programming languages, and logical reasoning.

  6. Which language will be used during the interview, English or Vietnamese?

    The interview will take place in Vietnamese, however, English proficiency is still required for your daily work.

  7. In case I am not selected for the Tech Fresher 2026 program, would it be possible for me to apply for other opportunities within the company?
