🤖 What you will do
- Approach and convince news publishers to join Zalo video platform;
- Manage support groups for news publishers;
- Consult and answer questions about the platform;
- Receive, respond and handle publishers' complaints;
- Monitor, control, and coordinate with related departments to promptly handle arising incidents;
- Summarize and make weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports;
- Implement other tasks per required by line manager.
👾 What you will need
- At least 1 year of experience in a PR or press agency;
- Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders;
- Experience in PR, journalism industry or working with News publishers is prefered;
- Knowledge and use of social media trends;
- Proficient in the use of Office applications;
- Good communication, agile, detailed-oriented, hard working, eager to learn;
- Sociable and patient in work;
- Able to work on weekends.
