This role will be among the enthusiasts of Zalo Official Account – a platform for B2C communication on Zalo.
🤖 What you will do
- Process admin tasks for Sales & Marketing activities: submit contracts, request and resolve payments and advances on system;
- Work with clients and suppliers to monitor payments and debts on a monthly basis;
- Work with functional teams (Legal, Finance, Sales, Account Management…) to ensure quality of documents;
- Ad hoc support in reporting and business development tasks.
👾 What you will need
- Proficient in Excel skills;
- Having experience in Accounting, Sales Admin, Legal or similar;
- Careful, hard-working, willing to learn;
- Preference will be given to graduate students majoring in Finance/Legal/Banking.
