This role will be among the enthusiasts of Zalo Official Account – a platform for B2C communication on Zalo.

🤖 What you will do

  • Process admin tasks for Sales & Marketing activities: submit contracts, request and resolve payments and advances on system;
  • Work with clients and suppliers to monitor payments and debts on a monthly basis;
  • Work with functional teams (Legal, Finance, Sales, Account Management…) to ensure quality of documents;
  • Ad hoc support in reporting and business development tasks.

👾 What you will need

  • Proficient in Excel skills;
  • Having experience in Accounting, Sales Admin, Legal or similar;
  • Careful, hard-working, willing to learn;
  • Preference will be given to graduate students majoring in Finance/Legal/Banking.
