Fiza is a built-in service that connects active customers with financial institutions via Zalo.
🤖 What you will do
- Cultivating relationships with banks and other financial institutions to explore, secure and maintain strategic business opportunities with Fiza;
- Sculpting proposal documents, giving presentations and consistently following up with partners to close deal and secure contract renewal;
- Collaborating with internal business, technology & operations teams and external partners to design and maintain end-to-end processes and systems;
- Communicating and negotiating with clients at varying levels of authority to address potential risks and effectively solve any problems arising;
- Working with the internal team to ensure partnerships/ projects are properly implemented and executed.
👾 What you will need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance/ Banking or related fields;
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales/ account management role in BFSI or SAAS industry;
- Ability to manage projects and work effectively across internal and external stakeholders;
- Good communication and negotiation skills;
- Good command of English is highly preferred;
- Dynamic, professional, independent, humble mind-set with learning spirit;
- Keen on innovation;
- Result-oriented and persistent to achieve the goal.
